Overview
We devised and designed a unique SIP phone by integrating a custom circuit connected to the handset, which enables the device to play specially created audio when the handset is lifted. This involved carefully selecting the right phone model, disassembling it and wiring a new circuit to the handset components. Then I conducted usability and durability tests to ensure optimal performance. The sound was created using artificial intelligence to generate a track simulating a woman's voice against the backdrop of the vibrant color-rich soundscape of Venice. This creative and technical achievement was presented at the Venice Biennale, highlighting the fusion of technology and art.
